Hubspot – Smart IoT MEP Monitoring System

HubSpot, an AI-powered customer platform developer partnered with AST to develop a smart MEP IoT solution.

Electrical issue – Hubspot management wanted to monitor and be notified for any uncontrolled office electrical DBs trips which could disrupt their office operations (e.g. server room). AST developed a smart IoT power outage feedback system for the client.

Mechanical Issue – To prevent foul odours and potential mosquito breeding caused by under-basin wetness, the AST field team installed a smart IoT water detection solution.
