Smart Toilet System for BCA Main Tower, SLEB, and ZEB – The three buildings have been installed with state-of-the-art LoRaWAN communication devices. Approximately 1,400 smart IoT sensory devices were installed, inclusive of power distribution devices.
Smart Landscape System – Smart landscape sensory solutions were installed to monitor plant moisture levels at Academy Tower (8 levels).
Smart M&E – A range of MEP sensors (proximity and flooding sensors) were deployed to actively monitor safety equipment readiness and flooding prevention (water supply room) at the Academy Tower.

AST supported BCA in achieving its pioneer “smart” status by deploying an integrated IoT solution including smart toilets, smart MEP, smart landscape, and smart cleaning systems.
BCA building management team (Savills) was able to optimize cleaners’ schedules and resource utilization significantly.
