Dynamic Cleaning with Smart Toilet System in City Square Mall

AST was tasked to deployed a comprehensive smart IoT toilet solution at CDL’s City Square Mall (CSM).

~ 500 smart IoT toilet sensors were installed at CSM male/female/h’cap toilets to actively monitor and achieve the desirable toilet conditions at CSM.
An average of 200,000 users visited CSM toilets (monthly) during the pandemic period.

By adopting the AST advanced dynamic cleaning algorithm (powered by ML/AI), the IoT system proactively identifies optimal times for cleaners to attend to and improve toilet conditions, with alerts sent via the AST WhatsApp notification system.
